Here you can see one of the hidden Gartenzwergen by Rainer Fischbach carefully positioned around the city. Under each of these grey and soulless bunkers, installed sporadically throughout Newtown, hides a beautifully hand-crafted garden gnome. A comment on the loss of magic in today’s urban landscape, Fischbach wishes to inject old-world mysticism back into the imagination of the modern child.
